Map Types allow System Admins to identify and label Curriculum Maps that are intended for a specific use. This allows Atlas users to quickly distinguish the intended purpose of a map, such as a District (D) approved map, a map that demonstrates Best Practices (BP) in curriculum management, or a map that is Awaiting Review (AR). Users can identify the Map Type by the label appended to quickly identify particular types of courses through the All Curriculum > All Courses or Reports tabs.
