Give visitors a clear view of your curriculum

Atlas can hold everything a visiting team needs. Set up one guest account, save the reports that show your strengths, and reviewers can explore on their own.

Set up a guest account

  1. Create the accountGo to Admin > Manage Users and add a guest user. Use an email address on your school domain. It does not need to be a real mailbox.
  2. Reset the passwordGo to Admin > Reset Passwords and reset the guest password to your site default, so no one needs to open the email.
  3. Sign in as the guestSign out, sign in with the guest account and set a personal password.
Add the guest account information

Save the reports reviewers need

  1. Run each reportSign in as the guest and open the reports you want to show, for example a filtered course list, Standards Overview and Unit Overview.
  2. Save themSelect Actions > Save Report and give each a clear name. They appear in My Atlas > Saved Reports.
  3. Add a summaryIf Curriculum Insights is switched on, run a report on a subject area to show alignment and progression.
  4. Check it as a visitorOpen each saved report from the guest account before the visit.
Type in the report name, then click Save
📌 Good to know

Several reviewers can use the same guest account at the same time, so one account is enough.

💡 Tip

Deactivate the guest account after the visit.
