From Unit Calendar by Year page of any course, click the Unit Calendar by Year button, then select Course Plan.
Curriculum View
- Click the double arrows to expand ALL units or ALL categories. Clicking the single arrow next to the title leads to expanding/collapsing that unit/category only.
- Click the Unit (Count/Total) filter to view and hide units in this view. Your filter selections will reset when you refresh the page, unless you click "Save Preferences" (step 5 in this list) to retain them.
- Click the Categories (Count/Total) filter to view and hide categories in this view. Your filter selections will reset when you refresh the page, unless you click "Save Preferences" (step 5 in this list) to retain them.
- Click the Default Row Height filter to control each box height:
- Default Row Height: displays data in a 160px box.
- Show More: displays data in a 320px box.
- Show All: displays all the data in that category.
- Click the "Save Preferences" button to save your preferences regarding the units (step 2) and categories (step 3) to include in this report every time you access this course. These saved preferences will persist even if you sign out and back into your account. However, preferences saved in one course will not impact other courses.
- To exchange the layout of units and categories in this view, simply click the switch icon. By default, units are displayed as rows and categories as columns.
- When you hover over any data box in this view, a small expand arrow will appear in the corner. Click this arrow to access the complete data. Curriculum Developers have the ability to edit their data directly from this view.
- Click the downward arrow located next to the unit title to access the actions menu for that unit. For Curriculum viewers: Add/Remove from Favorites, and Copy Unit. For Curriculum Developers: Edit Unit Settings, Add/Remove from Favorites, Copy Unit, and Move to Recycle Bin.
- Click the shaded arrow to reveal the remaining units within this course.
- Click Show Analytics button to view this course analytics view.
Analytics View
- Click the Unit (Count/Total) filter to view and hide units in this view. Your filter selections will reset when you refresh the page.
- Click the Categories (Count/Total) filter to view and hide categories in this view. Your filter selections will reset when you refresh the page.
- "Count/Total categories contain text" is a report of the number of categories with data in this unit.
- "Count/Total units contain text" is a report of the number of units with data in this category.
- A green checkmark indicates the presence of either at least one character in Free Text categories or one targeted standard in the Standards category.
- A grey X indicates the absence of data and selections within this category. It's important to note that attachments are NOT considered as data in this report.
- To return to the default Course Plan view, complete with the curriculum data, simply click the "Show Curriculum" button.
