You can access courses assigned to you for the current academic year from your My Atlas > My Courses page. When courses are assigned to you, this means you can edit all, or portions, of course curriculum:

  • If you're assigned as a Curriculum Developer, this means you can create and edit units and lessons.
  • If you're assigned as a Teacher, this means you can create and edit lessons, but you CAN'T create and edit units. 

Special Editing Privileges

If you're a user with Special Editing Privileges, then this button will be visible to you. Admins can grant users these privileges via Admin > Manage Users.

  1. Click the Special Editing Privileges button, you'll see a list of ALL Atlas users who have at least one course assignment. 
  2. You can search for a specific user by typing in the first name or last name in the Find Curriculum Developer box, then click Search. 
  3. Click the name of the desired user to view their list of course assignments.
