These settings allow admins to control which artificial intelligence features are available to teachers for curriculum development and lesson planning.

To find these configurations, navigate to Admin > Admin Dashboard > AI Settings (within the Additional Tools box)

1. Generate with AI for Unit Plan

  • What it does: When enabled, teachers will see the AI icon in every free-text category within the Unit Planner, allowing them to use AI to generate content directly in those fields.

  • Included Categories: All free-text categories within the Unit Planner.

2. Generate with AI for Lesson Plan

  • What it does: When enabled, teachers will see the AI icon in the Details category within the Lesson Planner, allowing them to use AI to generate content directly in the lesson.

  • Included Categories: Only the Details box in the Lesson Planner includes the AI feature. If the Additional Details category is enabled, it will not include AI functionality.

3. Curriculum Insights

Enabling this adds the Curriculum Insights report to the Reports tab. It allows the system to analyze curriculum data and generate higher-level insights and summaries, helping admins identify patterns and gaps across different subject areas.

 

4. QSAC Review Type

This is a specialized toggle related to Quality Single Accountability Continuum (QSAC) reporting and reviews for New Jersey schools. When enabled, it adds an additional report type option in the Curriculum Insights to analyze data specifically against QSAC requirements.
