The Message Board is the only shared space across all users’ Atlas dashboards and is used by school admins for announcements. It ensures your school community always sees the most up-to-date announcements, resources, and events. By default, the Atlas team message will show up here until it's customized by your school's Atlas Admin.
Only Atlas Admins can customize the Message Board content. Go to Admin > Admin Dashboard > Manage Message Board, or click the pencil icon (edit) at the top right corner of this section on your My Atlas Dashboard.
- Build your new message in the Message Board's free text editor box.
- You can replace your current message with the Atlas default message by clicking the Default Message button.
- You can save your changes as a draft without publishing by clicking the Save Draft button. All Admins can see this draft and publish it later, any time.
- You can preview your changes before publishing by clicking the Preview button.
- Publish your changes by clicking the Publish button. All users will see the new message immediately.
Look for the Unpublished Changes label to confirm whether there are pending edits
