1. Navigating Atlas & Building Curriculum

Learn how to see the curriculum your colleagues have created.

- Use the filters to locate a colleague’s course
- Click into the course name to view the calendar
- Find the option to copy this unit under the Actions menu

2. Reports in Atlas
Objective: Search for key topics, analyze standards & outcomes, and run horizontal/vertical alignment reports highlighting a variety of curricular connections.
Audience: Teachers, admins, and leadership.

- Narrow down to a set of standards
- Select the grades level (up to 6)
- Look at alignments and which benchmarks not targeted yet.

- Look at the assessments used in the course that comes before yours (e.g., if you teach ELA 8, look at ELA 7 to see how students were assessed last year).

- Filter the list of courses by Grade to run Horizontal Scope and Sequence Report (e.g., select Grade 4 and then select ELA 4, Math 4, and Social Studies 4)
