System Admins maintain links to academic resources made available on the Resources tab under Communities.
From Admin > Admin Dashboard > Resources Editor:
1. Type a Name in the text box. This is the title of the header that will appear in the Resources page.
2. Click Save Draft to apply your changes.
Website Links
From Admin > Admin Dashboard > Resources Editor:
1. Select the Link Icon in the formatting toolbar.
2. Type URL, example: http://www.ascd.org
3. Type a Name.This is the title of the link that will appear beneath the header.
4. Click Insert.
Documents, Audio/Video or Image Files
From Admin > Admin Dashboard > Resources Editor:
1. Select the Video or Image Icon in the formatting toolbar.
2. Select Drop Image (or click)
3. Select Choose File, to locate the file you want to upload from your computer. Once selected, the image will be uploaded immediately.You can also upload images from a website, click the link icon and insert URL.
To add attachments, select the Add Attachments button. From there, you can upload files from your computer, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
Electronic files may be MS Word ® documents, MS Excel ® spreadsheets, MS PowerPoint ® presentations, PDF ® files, and many other commonly used formats. You can upload compressed (zipped) folders of files into the References tab. The recommended maximum file size is 100 MB. Some large PowerPoint and video presentations may need to be compressed to enable uploading.
Editing, Deleting, and Preview
- From the Resources Editor page, you can easily make changes or delete content.

Click the Preview button to see how your content will look before it is published or saved.
Making resources public
If the admin flagged the "Resources" page as public in the Public Site Settings page, then resources posted on this page will appear on the public site.
- Check the Public checkbox to publish the resources.
