To publish or hide many courses at once, go to Admin > Admin Dashboard > Publish Courses to Public Site, filter the courses, then select Enable Maps in Public System or Disable Maps in Public System. For a single course, go to Admin > Admin Dashboard > Manage Courses and tick or untick Public.
For Atlas admins and Curriculum Developers at schools that have an Atlas Public Site. Choose which courses, attachments and unit template categories appear on it.
An Atlas Public Site is a website that mirrors your Atlas system. It makes parts of your curriculum available to people outside your school team, with or without a password. If your school does not have one yet, contact your Atlas Account Manager or submit a request to find out about building one for parents, board members or the community.

Publish or hide individual courses (admins)
Go to Admin > Admin Dashboard > Manage Courses.
Select the pencil icon next to the course you want to add to or remove from your public site.

Tick Public to show the course on your public site, or untick it to hide the course.
Publish or hide courses in bulk (admins)
Go to Admin > Admin Dashboard > Publish Courses to Public Site.
Use the filters to choose the maps you want to publish or hide. Select All Curriculum > All Courses.
To leave out empty maps, tick Only Show Courses with Units. To leave out courses whose units have no lessons, tick Only Show Courses with Lessons.
Check that the maps in the results table are the ones you want to change.

Select Enable Maps in Public System to publish them, or Disable Maps in Public System to hide them.
To make all your Atlas courses public, do not select any filter. Select Enable Maps in Public System.
Public maps show a tick icon in the Public column.
Publish or hide attachments in public courses (Curriculum Developers)
Curriculum Developers manage this themselves, not System Administrators. You only see this option if both the course and the unit template category that holds the attachment are shared on the public site.
Go to My Atlas > My Courses > Unit Planner.
Select the pencil icon next to the attachment you want to add to or remove from the public course.

Tick Display on Public Site to show the attachment on your public course, or untick it to hide it.
Publish or hide unit template categories (admins)
Go to Admin > Admin Dashboard > Unit Template Categories.
Select the pencil icon next to the unit template category you want to add to or remove from all courses on your public site.

Tick Public to show the category on your public courses, or untick it to hide it.
