What is happening with Curriculum Trak?

To bring our customers the most advanced and effective curriculum management tools, starting in Spring of 2025 we are transitioning all Curriculum Trak schools to our robust Atlas platform.

What is the time frame for transitioning to Atlas?

Our goal is for all CT schools to transition to Atlas within the next three years.

Why did Curriculum Trak and Atlas unite?

We have unified these two platforms to stay at the forefront of technological advancements in the most efficient way possible. By consolidating efforts, our development team—previously working on two similar products—can now focus their time and resources more effectively. This decision reflects the evolving landscape of programming languages, integration capabilities, and user expectations for enhanced features. By combining the most-loved features of CT, as identified by schools, with the expanded functionality of Atlas, we’ve created a more powerful, comprehensive solution.

Will you still be updating Curriculum Trak?

We will continue to address any bugs in CT, but there are no plans to expand or enhance the program further. Additionally, we will no longer be updating standards in CT. For schools wishing to update their standards, we encourage you to transition to Atlas, where you'll have access to a wider range of standards choices, all at no additional cost.

What are some of the top Atlas features which expand on what we have in CT?

Atlas offers a modernized user interface, enriched analytics, and enhanced activity tracking, ensuring a seamless user experience. Key technological advancements include:

  • ✅ Expanded Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities
  • ✅ Seamless integration with popular LMS platforms such as Blackboard, Canvas, and Google Classroom
  • ✅ AI-powered support at the unit and lesson level to enhance curriculum planning
  • Additionally, Atlas is designed to support teachers in planning by leveraging collected course information, helping them develop and expand ideas effortlessly.

Will all of our data transition to Atlas?

Rest assured, all of your maps and lessons will successfully transition to Atlas, ensuring a smooth and seamless migration. While there is currently no provision for the staff evaluation tool in Atlas, we are confident that the enhanced features and benefits you’ll gain will far outweigh what you may be leaving behind.

We’re ready to transition to Atlas! What’s the next step?

Our goal is to transition our CT schools using a cohort model. Our priority will be to begin with schools that are only using the mapping function within Curriculum Trak. While our primary focus is on mapping-only schools, we invite those using the lesson planning and staff evaluation tools to reach out to kindall.dobson@faria.org if you’d like to migrate sooner. We will assist you in scheduling your migration date. Due to the number of schools needing to migrate, we ask all schools to sign up, and depending on availability, some schools may be placed on a waitlist.

What is the process for migrating our data to Atlas?

When it’s your school’s turn to migrate, we’ll establish a blackout date for entering data into CT. The migration process will take approximately 2–4 weeks. During this time, we’ll equip your team with asynchronous training videos to support staff and teacher onboarding. Additionally, we’ll provide important reference documents to guide you through the transition from CT to Atlas. To ensure a smooth process, we’ll also schedule dedicated sessions with your School Experience Manager (SEM) to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Will we still work with our dedicated School Experience Manager and the CT team?

Yes! The same faith-based team from Curriculum Trak is now supporting similar schools in Atlas. Rest assured, your SEM will be there every step of the way to ensure your transition is smooth and a positive experience.
