System Admins can view and print a list of all courses in their school's Atlas system.
Use this list as a reference when updating and re-assigning courses to Users.
Course List By School
From Admin > Admin Dashboard > Course List By School:
A list of all the courses in your system sorted by school, you can resort the list by selecting any of the column headings.
Go to the Actions menu.
- Click Print to print the report.
- Click Export to Word to export the report to an MS Word ® document.
- Click Export to Excel to export the report to an MS Excel ® document.
Course List By Curriculum Developer
From Admin > Admin Dashboard > Course List By Curriculum Developer:
A list of all the courses in your system sorted by the Curriculum Developer, you can resort the list by selecting any of the column headings.
Go to the Actions menu.
- Click Print to print the report.
- Click Export to Word to export the report to an MS Word ® document.
- Click Export to Excel to export the report to an MS Excel ® document.
Course List By Adopted Map
Only enabled if your site is using this feature. From Admin > Admin Dashboard > Course Map List by Adopted Map:
This Admin Report is a great way to visualize the Adopted maps and all associated users maps, showing you who is assigned to each one. This report is only useful for reviewing the maps and associations, and you cannot make changes from this page. Tip: Keep this page open in another tab, and refresh to see the adjustments you’ve made under Manage Courses and Course Titles.
You can resort the list by selecting any of the column headings.

- Click Export to Word to export the report to an MS Word ® document.
- Click Export to Excel to export the report to an MS Excel ® document.
Search Atlas Activity
Search your school's activity by a keyword. Curriculum Activity is a running feed of actions taken in Atlas by you and your colleagues. Activities are captured in Atlas when:
- The curriculum is updated (units and lessons).
- A map/unit is viewed.
- A report is saved.
- Someone joins a discussion.
- The curriculum is copied or shared.
